I’m back to the 21 Day Fix program.  Except this time, I’m doing 21 Day Fix Extreme.  If you’re familiar with the program then you know how important the nutrition is to get the results that you desire.  The hardest part of the nutrition for me was my yellow container, which are your grains.  I’m only allowed one serving of grains, which is so hard for me but I love my pasta and breads.  These recipes are 21 Day Fix Approved and sure to keep you on track.  Plus, if you’re serious about meal planning it all out then you’ll want our ebook The Meal Planning Game Plan that is available now.
