I am proud to say that I have finished my first week of 21 Day Fix by Beach Body. I spent the first week before starting getting used to the eating plan. It truly isn’t that much different than I usually eat. The portions were in line to my usual portion size. The largest difference is that I have a tendency to stay away from proteins and I definitely consume WAY too much sugar. Since starting, I’ve stuck to the fitness plan as well as the eating plan, but I wanted to change it up a bit this week so I put together this collection of some great 21 Day Fix Recipes that can be altered to meet the specific requirements of the eating plan.
