I am proud to say that I have finished my first week of 21 Day Fix by Beach Body.  I spent the first week before starting getting used to the eating plan.  It truly isn’t that much different than I usually eat.  The portions were in line to my usual portion size.  The largest difference is that I have a tendency to stay away from proteins and I definitely consume WAY too much sugar.  Since starting, I’ve stuck to the fitness plan as well as the eating plan, but I wanted to change it up a bit this week so I put together this collection of some great 21 Day Fix Recipes that can be altered to meet the specific requirements of the eating plan.  I can’t wait to try these!  Plus, if you’re really looking to get your family to the table at the same time then you’ll want our Free Meal Planning Printable.

    Way to go, Jenny! How are you feeling? Do you notice a big difference? The first thing I noticed when I started eating fresh and whole foods was that my body felt so light. I was convinced a good wind could pick me up and I could fly, lol. Sounds crazy but I know you’ll understand what I’m saying. Have fun with it! Sharing 🙂

    I am really interested in your recipes but only seem to see the pictures. Is there another way to view your recipes? I too tended to eat the same things over and over while on the fix so I am excited to see your recipes.
