If there is one thing I love, you all know by now it’s throwing a good party{i.e. Party Projects}.  I love the littlest details to come together from the food to the decor, which is why I created my Party Planning Guide Printable.  For our annual family Christmas party, I’m bringing this adorable Christmas Appetizer Recipe.  It’s so simple to put together and it tastes great.  Even my dad, who can be quite picky, specifically asked for the Christmas tree shaped pinwheels.  Plus, since we are on the countdown to getting the Christmas shopping done, I’ve teamed up with the fabulous Christmas Cookie Exchange Bloggers to bring you a $150 VISA Gift Card.

These pinwheels need very little culinary skill, which is always a plus when you’re putting together finger food for a crowd.  In order to create the Christmas tree shape, you’ll need a tray large enough to allow for various rows of the tree in alternating colors of green {jalapeno} and orange {tomato} pinwheels.
