There are so many things to love about this time of year.  I find that Christmas always helps me build a closer bond with my family.  The holidays are all about traditions from decorating the house to making those perfect Christmas Cookies for Santa.  Every year my sister, sister-in-law, mom and I try to get together and hove one big cookie bake off.  Things have gotten a little bit more difficult now that there are six children under the age of five between the three of us, but we do our best to get them done without having the police show up.  Yep.  True story, the police came one year because Riley at just over a year old got a hold of the house phone and managed to dial 911.  The only problem we had at the time was flour everywhere, but the officer was happy to have stopped in because he walked a way with a plateful of freshly baked cookies.  In order to help you with your Christmas Cookies, I’ve put together a fabulous collection that includes everything from chocolate to gluten free.  Enjoy!
