The Summer always makes me think of campfires and making S'mores.  Even as an adult I look forward to the smell of a Summer fire and the messiness of a good S'mores.  This year it's a bit more difficult to get out to enjoy a campfire with a newborn so I took the traditional S'mores and turned it into a S'mores Cupcakes.  I'm excited to now enjoy the gooey goodness of a S'more all Summer long.  I even decided it would be the perfect treat for my good friend Meghan's Virtual Birthday Party over at The Tasty Fork.

Living in a two bedroom condominium can make things tight for a family of four.  When we originally purchased our home we bought with the intention of only being there for a couple of years.  The housing market crashed six months after we purchased our first home and we found ourselves underwater on the value of our home.  The two bedroom condo was perfect for our family of three, but we recently welcomed the addition of Avery Elizabeth to our family and needed to change our toddler's room from a big girl room meant for an only child into a Newborn - Toddler Room that works for two children.  Luckily, we have two girls so the decor did not need to be changed.  We just needed to get creative with the space that we have.
