I survived my first round of the 21 Day Fix and had some great results. I learned a ton about my eating habits and about how my muscles needed different exercises to continue to strengthen. I found that I craved the schedule that the program gave me and I felt great after my first round. I decided to switch to a piyo and 21 day fix hybrid program afterwards since it was in the middle of our move to North Carolina. Last week I started 21 Day Fix Extreme and holy moly I’m becoming so much stronger than I ever remember. Now, this is coming from someone who played college athletics so I’m used to all types of cardio and plyo workouts. The extreme is just that and I can’t wait to see the after results. In order to shake up my meal routine though I’ve collected eight healthy recipes that will fit into the 21 Day Fix program. With that being said, please be sure to modify the the recipes to your dietary needs and if something calls for a buttermilk dressing then substitute it out for one of the dressing in the 21 Day Fix program.
