I absolutely love my holidays, and I have some super
Riley started preschool this year and I being the Cupcake Queen was super excited to make a fun Halloween Cupcake. Unfortunately, her school has a strict policy about only allowing packaged food because of severe nut allergies that some of the students have. I knew I wanted to come up with something food related and I even stayed away from tons of sugar for once. My Pumpkin Fruit Cups are easy to put together and super cute.

By now you all know my love of all things Halloween. It certainly does not mean that it is not a crazy, busy time of year though. From creating costumesm like Riley’s Bumble Bee, to class gift ideas, like our Pumpkin Fruit Cups, we are moving and grooving. Fortunately, I’m able to get some time to unwind when Joe hustles out to pick up the girls after work. I get an hour from the time school gets out until they walk through the door. Consequently, I take advantage of this time and head to Target to do a little mommy therapy all by myself. I have enough time to pop in and grab my favorite PEOPLE Country Magazine and a bag of Hershey’s Dish Candy so I can enjoy a fabulous Halloween treat, Reese’s Pieces Mini Bundt Cakes!
