I decided it was time to clean out the cupboard. I, unfortunately, do not have a pantry so the cupbard has become my pantry. As some of you might remember I became a little confused when making my frosting for my valentine cupcakes, which you can find here. I actually confused the flour for the confectioners sugar. Clearly, not very tastey frosting. The issue was the clear tupperware that the flour and sugars are stored in. During the week I read a post about the new Martha Stewart office line at Staples. I heard that the collection carried chalkboard labels, which would work like a charm on my tupperware. Before we get to that though here are pictures of what we started with:

I used my steps to organizing. 1. Empty out the space that you are organizing and give it a good cleaning.
2. Group items into categories (oils, pasta, crackers, sugars, etc.)
3. Use baskets to combine smaller items in order to corral loose items.
4. Put items away according to use.
Here are some of the groups that I created:
I am normally not a Martha Stewart fan, but I’m willing to give her a try when it comes to organizing.
Seriously, how cute are these?! No more flour in my frosting ladies. Woohoo!
Here’s what we end up with. Look at all that room. I love it when I know where everything is and there isn’t any loose items floating around.
