By now you’re all fully aware of my love for Summer Grilling. It doesn’t matter if it’s chicken, steak or shrimp, we’re sure to put together a fabulous meal! One of our absolute favorite meats to work with is good ole beef, which is perfect for #PrcieChopperBBQ with #CollectiveBias! There’s nothing quite like a juicy hamburger to get me excited. I shared our Southern Cole Slaw last week and promised that I would share with you the Burger Bar that we had at Avery’s first birthday party. I’m going to kick it up a notch and share with you my Hawaiian Burger that’ll have you setting up our Burger Bar TONIGHT!
Summer Grilling: Burger Bar
A burger bar is one of the easiest summer cookout or party ideas to put together. I love it because it gives people options and when it comes to my burgers I’m all about options. I like to go with four different condiment options other than your typical ketchup, mustard and relish. My go-to sauces are Half Ketchup/Half Mayo, Sour Cream & Onion Soup Mix, Central Market Classic Neil’s Favorite Steak Sauce and Sauted onions in ketchup and red wine vinegar. Delicious! I also went with fresh spinach leaves, sliced onions and grilled pineapple. Everything is so easy to whip together and it looks gorgeous! The first time I had the Neil’s Favorite Steak Sauce I was inspired to create my Hawaiian burger because it is a blend of pineapple, papaya, worcestershire and soy sauce.
The night we made these burgers was my husband’s first night with his new Samsung Galaxy and I let him know that he could enter a photo of the food on the grill in The Great Grilling Giveaway Sweepstakes and be entered to win gift cards and grilling accessories. Plus, four grand prize winners will each receive a $500 gift card to Lowes , a $500 gift card to Price Chopper and grilling accessories from Certified Angus. I don’t know about you, but I’d take all three of those in a heart beat and Joe jumped at a chance to take a picture with his new phone. It’s the little things, right?
Joe is known for making an amazing burger. I was even inspired to create him a Grill Master Apron for Father’s Day, which you can grab the printables for. For Avery’s party though I didn’t want him to have to create 15 – 20 patties so I went to Price Chopper and picked up Certified Angus Beef Patties. So much quicker and the bacon & cheese patties were perfect as a Hawaiian Burger. Plus, the Central Market Classic Neil’s Favorite Steak Sauce was just screaming to me when I stopped near the vinegars to pick up more bbq sauce. I just couldn’t resist.
No matter what type of burgers you decide on, you can’t miss with a burger bar. The options are just endless and so delicious!
- 4 Certified Angus Beef Patties
- Central Market Classics Neil’s Favorite Steak Sauce
- 4 Grilled Pineapple rings
- Handful of Spinach leaves
- 4 Hamburger Buns
- Cook the beef patties according to your liking. We always cook our patties to medium because we don’t mind a little bit of pink.
- Assemble the Hawaiian burgers by placing the cooked patty on the bun and pour Neil’s favorite steak sauce over the top of the burger.
- Add a handful of Spinach leaves and one grilled pineapple ring.
- Finish by topping the burger with the bun.
