Ever since having kids, I don’t feel like I’ve gotten a full night of sleep.  I’m guessing that most of you that are reading this are struggling with the same issues I have.  Whether it’s a toddler climbing into your bed or a newborn crying out for a feeding, these 5 Tips are sure to help you sleep better tonight!

5 Tips to Sleep Better

5 Tips to Sleep Better

Keep your liquid intake to a minimum after 8 pm.  Once both of my girls are in bed, I usually dive into my work.  In order to function at a higher level, I was having a cup of coffee as soon as my girls went to bed.  Clearly, caffeine was part of my issue, but even once I switched to water I found that I was usually getting up at least once just to go to the bathroom and that didn’t even take into consideration the other times I was getting with the girls.

Have the ability to adjust your body temperature.  We keep the temperature in our house below 70 degrees during the summer and winter months.  Anyone that comes to visit knows this and brings sweatshirts and long sleeves even in the middle of summer.  I always struggled to maintain a comfortable body temperature when I slept.  So I routinely would have a leg thrown out from under the covers or the covers completely thrown off.  That was until we got a Yogabed™.  The Yogabed™ adjusts to your body temperature because the mattress is made with the Yogabed comfort system.  It offers 95% better air flow and wicks heat and moisture faster than conventional memory foam.  The difference in my comfort doesn’t just end there either.  Right now you can get $100 off a Yogabed™ by clicking HERE.

Optimize pressure-point relief.  The Yogabed™ also optimizes pressure-point relief due to the Yogabed comfort system.  We absolutely love our Yogabed™ pillows as well .  They are made from YogaFoam and provide optimal support and comfort, while cradling your neck and head just right.  It doesn’t matter if you sleep on your side, stomach, back or share the pillow with a toddler, you’ll feel the difference.

Sleep better knowing that your bed is clean and protected.  Have you seen those commercials about dust mites that can get on your mattress?  I’m sorry, but those commercials kept me up at night.  I like knowing that my mattress is protected and clean, which is why I love that the Yogabed™ also comes with a mattress cover that is already on and easy to clean.  Plus, having a just-about-potty-trained toddler also means that there are accidents that occur every once in a while and if they’re going to happen on a night when she’s in my bed then I don’t want my mattress getting ruined.  I sleep better knowing that I’m protected.  You can sleep better too with a new Yogabed™ and $100 off as well!

White noise is a simple solution.  I first fell in love with white noise to sleep better when I was pregnant with my oldest.  I routinely would wake up at the hint of a noise and living in a condo complex where every sound resounded off of the building across from it did not help.  Both of my girls have sound machines for their rooms and since we brought our Australian Shepherd puppy home, we have one as well.  It drowns out the little noises while letting me sleep better.

Now that you’ve read the tips go order your Yogabed™ today and get $100 off.  Also be sure to follow Yogabed™ on Instagram {@yogabed} as well as Facebook and Twitter {@yogabedmattress}.

Yogabed is comprised of the Yoga Comfort System™, an advanced layered system specifically designed to optimally support the body by dispersing weight evenly and reducing pressure points that cause tossing and turning.
