Cheesy Sausage Egg Cup Recipe
Easy to make Cheesy Sausage Egg Cups are the perfect breakfast recipe for the entire family. Make these ahead for a simple breakfast during the week.

- 1/2 lb ground breakfast sausage
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 5 eggs
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a muffin tin with non stick cooking spray and set aside.
Cook sausage in a skillet, drain fat and set aside. Meanwhile cut crescent rolls in half and place them in the muffin tin. Press the dough down into the bottom of each muffin cup. In a separate bowl whisk together eggs, milks, and a dash of salt and pepper.
Add cooked ground sausage to each muffin cup then fill each about 3/4 of the way full with egg mixture. Top each muffin with shredded cheese.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until eggs are cooked all the way though.
