Vegetarian Greek Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 2 tbsp garlic hummus
  • 2 tbsp tzatziki
  • 1/4 cucumber chopped
  • handful grape tomatoes chopped
  • handful sliced black olives
  • 1 green onion chopped

Instructions

  • On each of the romaine lettuce leaves place a tablespoon of garlic hummus and tzatziki.
  • Top the tzatziki with diced cucumbers, tomatoes, sliced olives, green onion and feta cheese.
  • Serve and enjoy.
