Black Bean Dip Recipe with Corn & Greek Dressing

Black bean dip recipe combines black beans with corn and Greek dressing and is topped with feta and parsley.  Serve with Crunchmaster Rosemary & Olive Oil crackers.

Greek Dressing

  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • pinch dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • pinch garlic powder
  • squeeze lemon

Black Bean Dip

  • 2 cans black beans rinsed
  • 2 cans corn drained
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 1/8 cup chopped parsley


  • Combine all of the Greek dressing ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
  • Combine the black beans and corn in a large bowl.
  • Pour the Greek dressing over the black bean and corn mixture and mix well
  • Pour the mixture into a serving dish and top with feta cheese and parsley
