Quick and Easy Brownies

Quick and easy brownies that you can make in one bowl. The brownies are thick and fudgy and loaded with chocolate!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate baking chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line an 8 x 8 pan with parchment or foil.
  • Melt butter in the microwave and set aside to cool slightly.
  • In a medium size bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, sea salt, and baking powder until evenly combined.
  • Add eggs and vanilla extract and stir until smooth.
  • Stir in chocolate baking chips.
  • Add butter and mix until just combined.
  • Pour batter in a prepared 8 x 8 pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Allow brownies to cool for 15 minutes prior to removing from pan and slicing.
  • Store in an airtight container for 3-4 days or freeze.
