The Best Classic Italian Meatballs
This is my favorite recipe for the best classic Italian meatballs around! It's got all the traditional Italian flavors and makes a hearty dinner!
- 1 lb 90/10 ground beef
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 32 oz tomato sauce
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray a baking sheet with sides with non-stick spray.
Add all meatball ingredients to a mixing bowl. Mix with your hands until all ingredients are incorporated.
Using a cookie scoop or a tablespoon, scoop heaping tablespoons of the meat mixture and roll into balls. Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and add to your sauce. Let simmer on low for at least 1 hour or until it is time to serve.
