Chocolate Peanut Butter Mug Cake

  • ½ banana mashed
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp almond meal
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tbsp coconut oil melted
  • ½ tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 packet Stevie


  • Mash banana in a bowl. Add the peanut butter and egg white. Stir well to combine.
  • Add the cocoa pwoder, coconut flour, almont meal and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
    Add baking powder, and stir well.
  • Spray a mug or large ramekin with non-stick spray
    Microwave for 1 ½ minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
  • To make the frosting:
    Melt the coconut oil and peanut butter together in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Stir in the cocoa powder and stevia. Stir well. If too thick, add a little more coconut oil. Drizzle over cake (this makes enough drizzle for 2)
