Chickpea Buffalo Dip
Chickpea Buffalo Dip is gluten and dairy free and makes the perfect game day appetizer.
- 15 oz chickpeas washed & drained
- ¾ cup cashew halves
- ½ cup Silk almond milk unsweetened
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp Frank's Red Hot
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
In a food process, puree the chickpeas and cashews.
Add in the Almond Milk, garlic and red hot to make a paste.
Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro. Serve with fresh vegetables or chips.
