Chickpea Buffalo Dip

Chickpea Buffalo Dip is gluten and dairy free and makes the perfect game day appetizer.

  • 15 oz chickpeas washed & drained
  • ¾ cup cashew halves
  • ½ cup Silk almond milk unsweetened
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Frank's Red Hot
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro


  • In a food process, puree the chickpeas and cashews.
  • Add in the Almond Milk, garlic and red hot to make a paste.
  • Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro. Serve with fresh vegetables or chips.
