Pumpkin Pie Chocolate Bars

Chocolate Chip bars with a pumpkin pie topping are the perfect dessert for any occasion.

  • 2 ¼ cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup softened butter
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cup Nestle Milk chocolate morsels
  • ¼ cup dark brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp cardamom
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 can pure pumpkin puree
  • 1 can evaporated milk


  • Preheat the oven to 375 F and grease a baking dish with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl combine the flour, baking soda and salt and set aside.
  • In a separate mixing bowl beat the softened butter and sugars until they are well combined. Add in the vanilla extract and one egg at a time and mix well.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the mixture and combine.  Finally fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Layer the baking dish with the cookie dough and bake for 5 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • Meanwhile, mix together all of the ingredients for the pumpkin pie. Pour the pumpkin pie mixture onto the top of the cookie dough and place back into the oven at 375 for another 20-30 minutes or until the pumpkin pie has set and is no longer liquid.
