Chocolate Strawberry Energy Bites

Chocolate Strawberry Energy Bites consist of healthy ingredients and are the perfect healthy snack.
Prep Time 15 minutes


  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup freeze dried strawberries
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 5 tbsp organic blue agave
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup semi sweet chocolate chips


  • In a food processor combine all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips and process until it creates a paste.
  • Add in the chocolate chips and combine into the mixture.
  • Roll the mixture into balls or place them in a mini muffin tin for bites.
  • Chill the balls or bites in the refrigerator for at least an hour before eating.
