Cranberry & Pomegranate Energy Balls make the perfect healthy snack.

Ingredients
1cupdried cranberries
1cupold fashioned oats
½cupflax seeds
½cupalmonds
2tbsphoney
½pomegranate
Instructions
Clean the pomegranate seeds from half of a pomegranate. Making sure to remove the pith {the inside white part that sticks to the seeds} You can do this by placing the seeds in a bowl and filling it with water. The pith will rise to the top.
Add the dried cranberries, oats, flax seeds, almonds and honey to a food processor and process until it looks like a paste and a ball can be formed. If it is not paste like enough add in another ¼ cup of cranberries and a tablespoon of honey.
In order to create the balls with the pomegranate added, you'll need to make sure the pomegranates are dried off from being cleaned and then add them to the paste mixture.
Squeeze the pomegranates into the balls and make tablespoon size balls.
