Easy Cucumber Dip Recipe with Feta

A light and healthy cucumber dip recipe with feta.

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup low fat sour cream
  • ¼ feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tbsp red onion minced
  • 1 cucumber finely grated
  • ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • pomegranates
  • sprigs of fennel fronds
  • Crunchmaster crackers


  • In a medium size bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, sour cream, feta cheese, red onion, lemon juice and salt. Chill for one hour in the refrigerate.
  • Wash the cucumber and cut both ends off then grate the cucumber.  Place in a colander over a sink and lightly salt to remove the moisture.  Let sit for 20 minutes.   Finally, squeeze the excess water from it.
  • Mix in the grated cucumber to the chilled dip.
  • Garnish with pomegranate and fennel fronds.  Serve with Crunchmaster crackers.
