Quick and Easy Brownies
Quick and easy brownies that you can make in one bowl. The brownies are thick and fudgy and loaded with chocolate!
Servings 16 brownies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate baking chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line an 8 x 8 pan with parchment or foil.
Melt butter in the microwave and set aside to cool slightly.
In a medium size bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, sea salt, and baking powder until evenly combined.
Add eggs and vanilla extract and stir until smooth.
Stir in chocolate baking chips.
Add butter and mix until just combined.
Pour batter in a prepared 8 x 8 pan and bake for 20 minutes.
Allow brownies to cool for 15 minutes prior to removing from pan and slicing.
Store in an airtight container for 3-4 days or freeze.
