Pulled Pork Sliders Recipe
Easy and amazing pulled pork sliders, perfect for match day and parties.
- 1 pork butt or shoulder
- salt & pepper
- 14 oz. beef broth
- ¼ cup brewed coffee
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
- ½ cup bbq sauce
- 12 Slider Buns
Rub pork with salt & pepper.
Place in a slow cooker and set on low for 8 hours.
Cover pork with all ingredients, except the BBQ sauce.
After 8 hours remove the pork and shred it in a separate bowl.
Add BBQ sauce and place in between slider buns.
