Ingredients

  • 1 pork butt or shoulder
  • salt & pepper
  • 14 oz. beef broth
  • ¼ cup brewed coffee
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
  • ½ cup bbq sauce
  • 12 Slider Buns

Instructions

  • Rub pork with salt & pepper.
  • Place in a slow cooker and set on low for 8 hours.
  • Cover pork with all ingredients, except the BBQ sauce.
  • After 8 hours remove the pork and shred it in a separate bowl.
  • Add BBQ sauce and place in between slider buns.
