  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 TBSP water
  • 2 TBSP soy sauce
  • 1 TBSP brown sugar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • pinch salt


  • Combine the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat until the brown sugar is dissolved. Allow the substitute Worcestershire Sauce to cool to room temperature and store refrigerated in an airtight container.
