Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups beef broth
  • 1 TBSP balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ tsp molasses
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp white pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  • Combine the ingredients in a saucepan over medium high heat. Once the mixture comes to a boil, lower to a simmer and reduce for 5 minutes. Allow the substitute Worcestershire Sauce to cool to room temperature and store in an airtight container.
