Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup Medjool dates pitted
  • ½ cup almonds
  • ½ cup cashews
  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp cocoa nibs

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and puree the ingredients.
  • Tightly roll the processed ingredients in a ball and refrigerate for at least an hour.
