Ingredients
½cupbuttersoftened
½cupsugar
¼cupbrown sugar
2eggs
½cupsour cream
2tspvanilla extract
1 ¾cupflour
1tspbaking soda
1tspbaking powder
½tspsalt
4tbspBerry Punch
2cupdried blueberries
Instructions
Preheat the over to 425 F and prepare the muffin cups with baking cups. In a large mixing bowl mix together the softened butter and sugars {granulated & brown} until well combined.
Add in the eggs, sour cream and vanilla extract and mix well.
In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Slowly add in the dry ingredients until the batter combines.
Mix in the 4 tablespoons of Berry Punch and then fold in the dried blueberries. Pour the batter into 12 baking cups and bake for 5 minutes at 425 F.
After the first five minutes turn down the temperature to 350 F and bake for another 15 minutes.
