Carolina Slaw Dogs with a Twist

hot dog rolls
Instructions
Wrap two slice of bacon around each brat and secure the bacon with a toothpick.
Cook the bacon wrapped brats on a hot charcoal grill for 20 - 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the slaw by combining the cabbages, carrots and onion.
Add in the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and oil and mix well.
Refrigerate the slaw while the brats continue to cook.
Once the brats are done, place each one in a hot dog roll and cover with slaw.
