Ingredients
½lbground breakfast sausage
1cancrescent rolls
5eggs
4tbspmilk
¼cupshredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a muffin tin with non stick cooking spray and set aside.
Cook sausage in a skillet, drain fat and set aside. Meanwhile cut crescent rolls in half and place them in the muffin tin. Press the dough down into the bottom of each muffin cup. In a separate bowl whisk together eggs, milks, and a dash of salt and pepper.
Add cooked ground sausage to each muffin cup then fill each about ¾ of the way full with egg mixture. Top each muffin with shredded cheese.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until eggs are cooked all the way though.
