Ingredients
½bananamashed
1tbsppeanut butter
1egg white
1tbspcocoa powder
½tbspcoconut flour
1tbspalmond meal
1tspvanilla extract
¼tspbaking powder
½tbspcoconut oilmelted
½tbsppeanut butter
2tbspcocoa powder
1packetStevie
Instructions
Mash banana in a bowl. Add the peanut butter and egg white. Stir well to combine.
Add the cocoa pwoder, coconut flour, almont meal and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.Add baking powder, and stir well.
Spray a mug or large ramekin with non-stick sprayMicrowave for 1 ½ minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
To make the frosting:Melt the coconut oil and peanut butter together in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Stir in the cocoa powder and stevia. Stir well. If too thick, add a little more coconut oil. Drizzle over cake (this makes enough drizzle for 2)
