¼cupunsweetened cocoa powder
1tspbaking powder
¼tspsalt
¼cupbaking Stevia or granulated sweetener of choice
1 ½cupalmond milk
1tsppeppermint extract
¼cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8x8 pan with cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, cocoa, baking powder, salt, and sweetener.
Add the milk, egg, and peppermint extract and stir until coated.Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the oatmeal into the prepared pan and top with crushed candy canes or peppermints as desired.Bake for 25-30 minutes.
