Ingredients

  • 10 oz. milk chocolate roughly chopped
  • 8 oz. dark chocolate roughly chopped
  • 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • tsp. salt
  • ¾ cup walnuts roughly chopped
  • Flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions

  • Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper. Create overhang for easy removal from the pan.
  • In a saucepan, melt milk chocolate and dark chocolate with condensed milk over low heat. Stir frequently to a smooth, thick consistency.
  • When mostly melted, remove from heat. Then add salt and vanilla.
  • Fold in the walnuts and distribute them evenly throughout the fudge.
  • Pour the mixture into the pan, sprinkle with sea salt, and refrigerate for two to three hours.
  • Remove the fudge from the pan using the overhang, cut it into squares, and serve.
