Ingredients
1.5lbsof carrotspeeled and sliced
1stalk of celerypeeled and chopped
1cloveof garlic
1tspof cumin powder
2cups40cl of coconut milk
1inchof gingerpeeled and grated
1red chili peppersliced
A tbsp of fresh cilantrochopped
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Put the carrots, celery, garlic, cumin and a teaspoon of coarse sea salt in a large pot.
Fill the pot with enough cold water to cover the mixture.
Heat on high heat for 30 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Pour in the coconut milk.
Add the ginger and half a teaspoon of ground black pepper.
