Cranberry Appetizer
A fun dinner party appetizer with a zingy cranberry topping over cream cheese on top of crackers.

- 1 cup water
- ½ cup white sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 12 oz cranberres
- 3 tbsp horseradish
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
Combine the water, sugar, brown sugar and cranberries and bring them to a boil.
Cook for 10 minutes, stirring ocassionally so that the cranberries have popped and the sauce begins to thicken.
Cool the sauce and then add the horseradish and Dijon mustard.
Chill the sauce.
Spread a layer of the softened cream cheese over each cracker and top with the cranberry sauce just before serving
