Preheat the oven to 450˚F.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the sausage. Break it up as you cook until lightly browned, approximately 4 to 5 minutes.
Add the peppers and onions to the sausages. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Cook until the peppers are soft and slightly brown.
Prepare a baking sheet or pizza pan lined with parchment paper and roll out your pizza dough on top.
Spread the tomato paste over the dough and add the mozzarella cheese on top. Arrange the sausage and pepper mixture on top of the cheese.
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown around the edges and the cheese melted.
While the pizza is baking, create the garlic sauce by combining yogurt, mayonnaise, parsley, garlic, and fresh lemon juice in a small bowl and mix.
Remove the pizza from the oven and divide into 8 slices. Drizzle the garlic sauce over the top and serve.
