- 1 head cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Cut the cauliflower into 1-inch thick slices, discarding the stem.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Brush both sides of each cauliflower steak with the olive oil mixture.
Place the cauliflower steaks on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until they are tender and charred.
