Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
Season the pork ribs with salt and pepper, and place in a large roasting pan.
Mix the first 8 ingredients together {honey through ground ginger}. Pour the sauce over pork ribs in the pan.
Roast the meat until it is tender enough to shred with forks - about 2 -3 hours. Remove the pork from the pan and shred. Set aside in a bowl.
Pour the remaining sauce directly from the pan into a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer. Stir together the cornstarch and chicken broth until smooth, then pour into the simmering sauce. Cook until the sauce has thickened, whisking constantly – it only takes a minute or two.
Remove from heat and stir in the sesame oil.
Fill the flour tortillas with the shredded pork, top with the Asian slaw & then drizzle with the sauce to serve.
