- 1 cup broth
- ⅓ to ½ tbsp butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup grated cheese or to taste
In a small pot, bring the broth to a boil.
Add the salt.
Add the pastina.
Cook the pastina 4-5 minutes..
Turn off the heat.
Add the butter and grated cheese. Mix well.
