Ingredients
1 28oz.package of white pizza dough
8tablespoonsmelted butter
3clovesminced garlic
1teaspoonItalian seasoning
½teaspoonsalt
½cupgrated parmesan cheese
½cupmarinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
If using store-bought pizza dough, you can take it out of the refrigerator for an hour and place it on a lightly floured surface.
Divide the dough into 4-5 pieces. Roll each piece into an approximately 12-inch long rope. Cut each length of dough into roughly 10 one-inch pieces using a pastry scraper, pasta cutter, or pizza cutter.
Place the bites onto the greased parchment paper of baking sheets. Cover so the bites can rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Combine the melted butter with minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt.
Brush the bites with half of the garlic butter.
Bake for 15-17 minutes or until the tops just start to lightly brown.
Once out of the oven, brush a few bites with the remaining butter mixture and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. Continue to do so with the other bites in small groups until all are covered.
Eat warm and feel free to dip into some marinara sauce for an extra kick.
