- ½ Head Green Cabbage Roughly Chopped
- ¼ Head Red Cabbage Roughly Chopped
- 4 Carrots Peeled and Roughly Chopped
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ⅙ Cup Sugar
- ⅛ Cup Cider Vinegar
Combine both cabbages and carrots in the food processor and pulse.
Coat with mayonnaise, sugar and cider vinegar.
