Reese's Pieces Mini Bundt Cakes Recipe
An individual size mini bundt cake with peanut butter cake and topped with chocolate ganache that tastes just like a Reese's Pieces.

- Betty Crocker's Super Moist Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 ½ cups water
- 3 eggs
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ¾ cup peanut butter
- 1 cup Hershey's Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Reese's Pieces candy
Preheat the oven to 350 F and spray the mini bundt cake tray with baking spray.
Mix the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil and peanut butter.
Pour into the mini bundt cakes pan and bake for 25 minutes.
While the cakes are baking prepare the ganache.
Melt the chocolate chips on medium-high while stirring constantly.
Once the chips are fully melted transfer to a mixing bowl and add the whipping cream and butter.
Stir until the ganache begins to glisten.
Place the ganache into the refrigerator until the desired consistency is reached.
Drizzle the ganache over the top of the cooled bundt cakes and top with Reese's Pieces.
