- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 TBSP water
- 2 TBSP soy sauce
- 1 TBSP brown sugar
- ¼ inch anchovy paste
- 1 tsp mustard
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
Combine the ingredients in a saucepan over medium high heat.
Once the mixture comes to a boil, turn off the heat after 5 seconds.
Allow the substitute Worcestershire Sauce to cool to room temperature and store refrigerated in an airtight container.
