1lbground beef

½cupsalsa
½cupfrozen corn

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Make pie crust according to package instructions.
In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef and cook onions. Drain any extra liquid out.
Add in salsa, frozen corn, beans, diced pepper, taco seasoning, and salt to taste. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Pour taco mixture into pre-baked pie crust. Top with cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese starts to golden.
Allow to cook for a few minutes, slice and serve with your favorite toppings.
