Tortellini and Sausage Recipe
Cheese filled pasta in a cheesy tomato sauce. This Tortellini and Sausage is one my family's favorite meals, even the kids ate up this recipe!

- 1 lb Kielbasa
- 1 teaspoons Minced garlic
- 1 small Onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning or to taste
- 16 oz Tortellini
- 28 oz Tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons Cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 cups Shredded Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese
- fresh parsley for garnish
Cook tortellini according to package directions, drain and set aside.
In a large pot cook diced kielbasa, garlic, and onion for 2-3 minutes. Add tomato sauce, cream cheese, and Italian seasoning.
Add cooked tortellini and allow to shimmer stirring occasionally for 10-15 minutes. Add shredded cheese and mix until cheese is melted.
