The new year is when we all make resolutions to get healthy, whether it’s by exercising or eating right.  This time of year though it can also be difficult to stay on track with football parties, cold dreary weather and sweets for Valentine’s Day.  In order to help you stay on the path to a healthy you, I’ve put together some deliciously healthy snacks that will get you through the rest of the work day or half time of your team’s game.
