I am on a countdown to the start of school this year and for the first time ever, I'm on the other side of that countdown.  I'm no longer a teacher dreading my first day back.  Now I'm a parent of a kindergartner and all I can think about that my baby is leaving me.  So crazy!  Since I get to pack a lunch box this year for Riley, I want to make sure to pack a healthy snack.  Plus, I'm pretty sure with all the snacks she eats over the Summer that she'll be coming home looking for a snack before we run off to gymnastics or dance.  In order to keep her going, I've put together a collection of After School & Lunch Box Healthy Snacks that have a little something for everyone.
