This is a sponsored article written on behalf of JIF to Go through the Mom it Forward Blogger Network.  All opinions expressed are my own.

We are slowly settling into our new home and way of life in Huntersville, NC.  Riley will go off to kindergarten this year and I thought it was important to make sure that she was involved in some activities this summer that would push her to continue to socialize and become more independent.  I enrolled her for Dance Camp last week and now I'm finding that we are very likely going to become a gymnastic family.  Avery and Riley are both taking weekly classes and Riley is already enrolled in another week of camp.  I'm loving it because it's keeping us active and getting us on a schedule.  In order to keep that schedule going though, I need quick and satisfying on the go snacks for the girls and these Peanut Butter Banana Pops are the perfect on the go snack.

Peanut Butter Banana Pops

The best part of these Peanut Butter Banana Pops is that Jif to Go makes it so easy.  The peanut butter comes in the perfect little container that is easy to use and fun for the girls to dip just about anything into it.  Their favorite is definitely these Peanut Butter Banana Pops, but they also love using celery sticks, sliced apples, pretzel sticks and snap peas.  For these Peanut Butter Banana Pops, the girls dipped the bananas in the peanut butter and then rolled it in some bare naked granola.  It's the perfect combination and a great snack to keep them going throughout the day.

Since Riley is a bit of a "girly girl" and I'm not saying there's anything wrong with that, but considering her mother was a huge tomboy it's a bit surprising, I've tried just about everything to get her involved in a team sport.  I would love to see her playing soccer.  I even tried to entice her with pink cleats or shin guards.  It was still a no go though.  I'm hoping to get her excited about playing soccer though by bringing her to the "Kick It" 3 vs 3 tournament in Concord, NC on July 11th.  The tournament is throughout the country so be sure to find the closest one to you HERE.  Jif is the sponsor for the Kick It Tournament and is proud to announce their Halftime Heroes Photo Promotion where they will donate $1 to the Boys & Girls Club of America for every photo taken with a Jif to Go sample at the Jif tent during the halftime of the 3 vs 3 tournament and posted to Twitter or Instagram using the hashtag #PromoEntry & #JifToGo.  I love that the tournament not only is giving back to the Boys & Girls Club, but Christie Rampone of the US National team is the face for the tournament and I think it's important for Riley to see women involved in team sports.
