Riley's Pumpkin Tower

After putting together our Ghoulish Ghosts, Riley put together our pumpkin tower in front of our house.  She was too cute stacking the pumpkins and trying to make sure that they were balanced.

If there's one thing I love about the Fall, aside from the food of course, is the events.  I love being to take Riley to pick out her pumpkins and I especially love getting to share that experience with my mom.  Riley wasn't willing to have any one help her with the pulling of the pumpkin cart because "she's a big girl!"

I have a small confession to make.  I'm afraid of horses.  They are just too big of an animal for me.  Riley, on the other hand, loved riding the horse.  She was nothing but smiles the entire time.  The ladies working got a kick out of Riley's constant chattering as she rode in the horse around the corral.

I absolutely love this picture!  Her smile and spirit that spills out in the picture brings tears to my eyes.  She has such an amazing personality that I am so proud to be her mama.

What fun. I am so glad you are able to enjoy little events with your daughter like this. Treasure these moments. And know that someday, she might ask you to go horseback riding with her! Maybe you can take the pictures! Thank you for stopping by my blog and reading about EDs. I want moms to think about these struggles BEFORE they need to. Blessings.

I'm with you on the horse thing, which is a bummer, but just the way it is.
