I’m Chrissy from The Taylor House and I’m thrilled to be here sharing these DELICIOUS Salted Sunbutter Truffles with you. Here’s why I’m calling them a “healthier” treat, they have oatmeal, honey to sweeten and sunbutter that’s topped with a rich dark chocolate or if you’re like me you can’t go totally the healthy route and use milk chocolate. There’s not much that’s not good in these amazing little bites.

Start out by mixing together the Oats, Sunbutter and Honey in a medium bowl until all the ingredients are well combined. Then use a small cookie scoop to form the truffles and place them on a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Next melt the dark (or in my case milk) chocolate and drizzle ever so slightly over the top of the truffles.

Next top with just a pinch of Kosher Salt and enjoy! The salt really gives these truffles another layer of flavor that I love!
