There is absolutely nothing I love more than kicking back in a large bath. I recently had the chance to enjoy one of those gorgeous full size tubs with jets and I wished that I had one of these relaxing Bath Bombs to enjoy. Our bath bombs are the perfect combination of gorgeous and indulgent. Plus, they would make the perfect gift idea, especially with Mother's Day right around the corner. Hint, hint hubs!

Beautiful Bath Bombs
The bath bombs are not only a favorite of mine. My girls love our bath bombs as well. They like it more for the fun of them. The bath bombs going off in the water remind them of a science experiment. Although, they also love the smell. One of their favorite things to do is to try to guess the essential oil that I used in the bath bomb. They're definitely partial to the fruit oils like grapefruit, orange and lime. For the month of March, I've gotten together an amazing deal on our favorite Young Living essential oils that you're not going to want to miss so be sure to scroll down to the end.
The last time I created a bath bomb it was in the shape of heart for Riley's classmates as a Valentine's Day gift. I used the same recipe for these bath bombs as I did the last time which you can find HERE along with a list of the supplies that you'll need to make it. In order to create the shape to make these bath bombs you'll need a Soap Embossing Mold. The recipe for the bath bombs will make three of this size bath bombs. I liked this shape because it was easy to use the Rose Cupcake Toppers as an embellishment. You need to make sure to push the rose down into the bath bomb so that the petals of the rose are at the same height of the bomb. Since the rose toppers are made from sugar they will dissolve in the bath. If you're not in the bath long enough for them dissolve, which my girls were not then the roses are very easy to simply pick up out of the empty bath and throw away.
I attempted to use the Rose Cupcake Toppers in a Fillable Plastic Ornament to make a large circle bath bomb, but I couldn't get the ornament to close properly so that the ball could solidify. That is also the reason that the tops of my square bath bombs look jagged. You need to let the bath bombs using the rose toppers time to set overnight. Otherwise, it is likely that they will fall apart. I would highly recommend packaging these in separate gift boxes so that they are not ruined during transport.
